OneHope partners with individuals, groups and organizations to effectively reach children and youth at the national level. Partners receive OneHope materials and execute ministry programs through planned activities designed around the heartfelt needs of children and youth.

Partners Overview
The Partner Overview displays the most commonly searched partner and ministry activity data in HopeWorks. It provides quick links to commonly used reports and forms.
Partners are required to report on the OneHope products received from the national OneHope team, add ministry activity information after a program activity is completed, and manage their product inventory.

HopeWorks has various tools that can help users find the data they need for the program, country, or region they oversee. Using different navigation tools allows the user to search and assess planning information.

The Partner Menu at the top of the dashboard allows you to navigate to four different areas of the partner section: Overview, Consignments, Ministry Activities, and Church Plant Surveys.

The Tree Menu is a great tool to filter information users want to view or enter data for. Tree tabs allow the user to identify ministry activity by the geographic areas they have permission to view.
The user can also use the search box to filter through the different options available in each tab.

(Current Year) Planned Reach: Total current year reach planned for the program, country, region, or geographic area.
(Current Year) Partner Reported Reach: Year-to-date total reach for the program, country, region, or geographic area entered in ministry activities.
(Current Year) Reported Reach %: Percentage of year-to-date total reach for the program, country, region, or geographic area entered in ministry activities compared to current year Planned Reach.
Outstanding Partner Inventory: The total amount of inventory in partner warehouses. This product inventory has been consigned but not yet reported as distributed.
