We’re excited to announce the latest updates to HopeWorks. This release includes Finance reports, updates to Reallocations, as well as many more updates throughout the system. Our developers are dedicated to supporting you and continuously improving the system. Thanks for being part of the HopeWorks community as we work together to bring God’s Word to Every Child!
For HopeWorks users with a OneHope email address, HopeWorks 3 now requires authentication via Microsoft. This will also require the use of Microsoft Authenticator, which allows for a streamlined, one-click login after the initial setup.
Multi-factor authentication through Microsoft Authenticator adds an extra layer of protection to safeguard system access.
These improvements ensure a more efficient, secure, and seamless sign-in experience for those using OneHope network credentials. Please note that this security feature will be rolled out to all HopeWorks users in the future.
If you have any questions about your OneHope credentials, please contact helpdesk@onehope.net.
If you need help with Multi-Factor authentication, check out this page on the HopeWorks Support Site for initial setup instructions from IT.
The HopeWorks team is pleased to announce that several Finance reports have been successfully migrated from HopeWorks 2 to HopeWorks 3.
