HopeWorks is a web-based management system used by OneHope to track, monitor, and measure its program-centered ministry efforts to reach children and youth all over the world.
HopeWorks helps us track our program ministry goals from the initial stages of yearly program planning, through the ordering and shipping of our products, and to the final location where the program activity occurs. It is also used to manage all the program financials and provides a way for our partners to report about program events and testimonies.
Follow the steps below to access the system and begin using it as a resource for your work.
To access HopeWorks you will first need to establish a connection to the internet. Open a web browser and enter https://hopeworks.hopenet.net/. The HopeWorks log-in page will open.
Enter your user ID and password assigned to you and click the Sign-in button.
It is the responsibility of each user to keep their user account information secure.
Do not share your user ID and password with anyone. Keep the information in a secure location or memorized. If there is someone else who needs access to HopeWorks, they must request their own account.
If an active HopeWorks user does not log in to the account for 6 months, the account becomes inactive.
If the account is inactive, the user should send a request to reactivate the account to support@hopenet.net.
To set up MFA for the first time, go to https://aka.ms/MFASetup and sign in with your OneHope email and password.
Follow the appropriate setup instructions:
If prompted to enter your phone number, watch this setup video.
If not prompted for your phone number, watch this setup video.
